A Bangladesh visa can be used for several types of travel.
Tourist visas are issued in variations of single, double and multiple entry visas and allow for a stay of 30 days to 1 year. You'll generally need to provide your passport, the Bangladesh visa application, photo, letter describing what you intent on doing and a travel itinerary.
Business visas are also available in varations of entries (single, double and multiple) and valid for stays of 30 days and up. You'll typically need to provide your passport, the Bangladesh visa application, photos and a letter from your employer introducing yourself and describing your business activities along with an invitation letter from the sponsoring company in Bangladesh.
Generally most foreign nationals require a visa to Bangladesh and a passport with 6 months of validity left. Nationals of Barbados, Bhutan, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Fiji, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guinea, Jamaica, Lesotho, Malawi, Maldives, St Kitts, Samoa, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Tonga, and Zambia are exempt from a visa requirement.
