Snowstorm in Washington DC causing delays
Tuesday, February 9th, 2010Washington DC is still in recovery mode from a major snowstorm with another scheduled to arrive later today with a predicted 20 inches of snow. All government offices, the US Passport Agency and most Embassies are were closed yesterday, the 8th and will also be closed today, the 9th. Our office; however, is open this morning to service customers.
Our other offices are open and operating so give us a call at 800-860-8610 and our staff will be able to assist you in determining the right place to send your application.
Department of State and Embassies closed Friday January 1
Sunday, December 27th, 2009The Department of State and Embassies closed will be closed on January 1, 2010. Additionally, most Embassies and the Passport Agency will have limited ability to assist on New Years Eve, December 31.

Sunday, November 22nd, 2009In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, the Department of State is closed on Thursday, Nov 26 and Friday, Nov 27. Most Embassies will be closed on these days as well. We will be closed on Thursday, Nov 26th but back open on Friday, Nov 27 at 9am EST.
